Lately less is more, its all about an edit with simple classic foundations like a white backdrop, a few key investment furniture pieces (always with a modern retro twist) plants, great art works and some vintage, local, handmade or nature finds eclectic as always just like a true stylist) I like home to feel relaxed and easy but I always love a pop of colour! usually yellow, blue or pink lately or even orange ( noting the spine colour of my soon to be released book)

Im a fan of dreamy colour palettes in the bedroom white mixed with soft shades of blue and great BUT I do love a stripe! so I have added a pop with this King size pillow and pillow slip from The Pillowslip Store
Sometimes the most simplest things are the best – here a simple arrangement of greenery gets upsized. Everyone knows I love adding plants to my space – here a couple of jumbo leaves make a big statement – oh and the best part is this will last ages just keep the water fresh.
Thanks JG
What do you think? yay or nay? on the colour coded book shelves? I think for me it reduces the visual clutter… What colour will my new book spine be! all will be revealed very soon!
I love a good basket and so does my Boston Terrier Sophia
