This couldn’t be easier
25ml Brookies (Dry) Gin or for a twist try their Shirl the Peal (infused with cumquats)
25ml Regal Rogue White Vermouth
25ml Campari
Serve on ice in your favourite low chunky glass
Garnish with Fresh or dehydrated citrus
Mine is garnished with dehydrated Lime from Mary Valley Food Co
